Healthy Hearing Tips for 2015

Many of us resolve to improve our health in the new year-better diet, more exercise, lose weight.   • Quit Smoking- Research studies indicate smokers are 2-3 times likely to develop a hearing loss.
  • Protect Your Hearing-Headphones, power tools and machinery at work can damage our hearing. Reduce the loudness whenever possible and wear hearing protection.
